Our Medical Gas Plumbers
All of our Medical Gas Plumbers are ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Certified and ASME IX Brazers. Our plumbers can assist in the engineering of blueprints, system optimization, installation, and everything in between. We work with engineers and architects to ensure design efficiency and reliability.
Discovery Phase:
- Identify system/plumbing design optimization
- Identify cost saving opportunities
- Identify equipment inefficiencies
- Identify system redundancies
- Identify regulatory discrepancies
- Identify timeline on deliverables
Pre-Construction Phase:
- Submit RFQ to manufacturer/s for capital equipment and materials
- Submit equipment/material quotes and PO information to the client
- Place PO with the manufacturer/s
- Manage the lead times and deliveries on equipment/materials
Construction Phase:
- Coordinate equipment deliveries with manufacturers
- Supervise installers and communicate ongoing operations with relevant personnel
- Conduct safety briefs and risk assessments for all on site personnel
- Develop and execute change plans and contingencies where necessary
Post-Construction Phase:
- Inspect all new construction per NFPA guidlines
- Provide customer with their NFPA required Medical Gas Verification
- Develop NFPA required maintenance and inspection schedule for capital equipment and pipeline system
- Submit manufacturer warranties on capital equipment
